Being safe means a lot of different things. Like being healthy as far as food diets, and exercise. The mind must be fit mentally and the body must be fit physically. And when the body is not physically fit and healthy, there can be a lot of drama with both teen parents, but the most pain usually falls on the women. And if a woman's body is not fully developed having a baby can be very stressful as well as dangerous. There are lots of ways in the world to prevent teen pregnancy like condoms,birth-control pills, and the one choose of abstinence ...etc. If pregnancy does occur it really can be hard for an teenaged girl because her body might not be fully developed. If there   is a case where the teen girl can not keep her baby for what ever reason they can always rely on abortion.Which can also be dangerous for the mother.

There are so many different ways in the world to prevent teen pregnancy. The best and safest way is Abstinence.

Abstinence is the decision not to have sexual intercourse (where the penis penetrates the vagina), through a person may also choose to abstain from all sexual activities ( intercourse, oral sex, petting, etc.)
It is important to understand abstinence from intercourse will prevent pregnancy as long as it is practiced without fault (the penis never enters the vagina, even for a moment) during arousal a man secretes pre.ejaculation fluid that contains sperm and it only takes one sperm cell to make a woman pregnant. There are not any possible side affects to practicing abstinence through if practice is not consistent, an unplanned pregnancy or the transmission of an STD may occur.

Another good way of preventing pregnancy is the condom.
It is made of latex, plastic, or animal tissue. The condom is a flexible sheath that fits over a mans penis and "catches" his semen (sperm) upon ejaculation (or orgasm). Aside from abstinence, the latex condom is currently your best protection against contacting the HIV virus and certain other STD's.

Th female condom is made out of polyurethane, it is a flexible tube that fits inside a woman's vagina and "catches"the man's sperm upon ejaculation or an orgasm. The polyurethane female condom is currently good protection for HIV and other STD's. Used in combination with exspermicadal lubricant offers even better protection against unwanted pregnancy an STD's.

Birth control Pills is a small pill taken orally by women. When taken as directed it is an extremely reliable form of contraception, through it cannot protect against  any STD's such as HIV virus or Herpes.
